Privacy Policy.

1. Overview
Axis (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a waitlist and early access program at this website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We take your privacy seriously, especially given that Axis is designed to integrate deeply with your team's tools and workflows.
2. What We Collect
Email address. When you submit your email address to join the waitlist, we collect and store it. That is the only personal information we collect at this stage.
3. How We Use It
We use your email address solely to: (a) add you to the Axis waitlist, (b) send you updates about early access availability, and (c) communicate directly with you about the product. We do not send promotional emails from third parties. We do not sell your email address.
4. How We Store It
Email addresses are stored in Supabase, a cloud database service. Supabase stores data on infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Data is stored in the United States. You can review Supabase's own privacy and security practices at supabase.com/privacy.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our legal basis for collecting and using your email address is your consent, which you provide by voluntarily submitting your email to our waitlist. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 8 below).
6. Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain on the waitlist or until you request deletion. If Axis does not launch or is discontinued, we will delete all collected email addresses within 90 days of that decision.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for EEA/UK residents). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 8.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (using the address you provided) and update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. No Analytics
At this time, we do not use third-party analytics tools on our website. We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.
